Benicassim Festival Reviews 2012

So another Benicassim has been and gone so how was it for you? What were your highlights? We asked our fans on Facebook to send us their reviews and here are a few of them.

dennis Keijdener

Benicassim was one big party! But the line up was really much less due to the cancellations of florence & the machine and Bat For lashes. There was bad communication about it and bad replacement.

And where were the ATMs? The first day we had little cash with us so at the end we were broke and couldn’t eat anything. It was solved the next day when we went to the village but if we would have known this earlier this wouldn’t have happened. And we were really not the onely ones. And at the festival nobody knew where an atm would be at the ground so we were send from one place to another.

But big up for the Jack Daniels Tent & The Cocktail Bar. We’ve had a lot of great moments there…

Benicassim, is easily one of the best experiences and one you will never forget, Beni 2012 was yet again incredible! It’s a place you meet people from places you didn’t know about, explore a new part of Spain and get to see the festival life in the sun, instead of being head to toe in mud! It’s like a festival/beach holiday all in one, what else could you really ask for?! Beni 2012 for me, was amazing and yet again still blown away by Chase and Status!! Benicassim 2013 is without a shadow of a doubt on the cards! Jess X

Rachel Locke

Matt Rogerson

Greeat fun, and only about 20% chav, a big improvement on the festivals over here…

Selling Benicassim Tickets

We are getting lots of emails and comments on the facebook page from fans who are no longer able to goto Benicassim festival and they want to either sell their tickets so other fans can use them or are wanting to transfer them to other fans. We are not the official benicassim website and do not have any connection with the organisers, but there are some option if you are thinking of selling benicassim tickets

The first option I would suggest is see if the ticket agent you brought tickets from originally will allow you to transfer the names on the ticket or to allow you to the return them.

The second option is to sell them on a website like Seatwave, they will guarantee you get paid by the buyer and it will make sure another fan is able to goto the festival.

Costa de Fuego Festival tickets

The organiser of Fib Benicassim have announced a new festival which will take place a week after the benicassim festival. The new festival promises to be a more rock and metal oriented festival. The new festival is called Costa de Fuego and takes place on 20th and 21st July 2012.

The Costa de Fuego headliners are Guns n Roses and Marilyn Manson. Costa De Fuego Festival 2012 will consist of over 50 bands over the 2 nights with more names set to be added in the coming weeks. Costa de Fuego weekend camping tickets are only £75.

Fib’s new baby will be dedicated to the heavier side of music, promising the best rock hardcore and metal acts to come over to Spain. We think this is an excellent addition and a good excuse to extend trips to Benicassim by another week to be able to take in both festivals.

The new festival will take place at Benicàssim concert venue on July 20 and 21 2012 across 3 stages and over 50 acts! The two day festival tickets include 4 days free camping from Thursday 18th July 2012 to Sunday 22nd July 2012. The campside is located in the Las Palmas desert close to the beach and town centre.
